Whatever happened to the SMART 160 Trail?

20 Years ago, when the Three Springs development was an idea, Smart 160 was added the the CDOT Masterplan. This year, it may get completed. With that in mind we need to get this commuter trail added to the new 10 year plan…so maybe in 20 year we have Hermosa connected to town. (Let’s hope it happens faster, but you get my point.)
